Convenient location, close to great restaurants and a convenience store. Spacious, clean rooms with fully stocked kitchen and large balcony. Helpful and friendly staff. Great amenities, including L'Occitane toiletries and Nespresso machine.

The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The sauna and gym facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and provided really good service throughout my stay. The hotel's convenient location near key attractions and amenities made it easy to explore the area.

The parking situation was less than ideal as the hotel had limited spaces, forcing me to park on the street or walk to a nearby car park. these minor inconveniences slightly marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

I loved the well-designed suite with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, range, microwave, and full-sized fridge. The lounge area and porch were perfect for relaxing, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a pleasant dining experience. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage space, and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, close to shopping, food, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Georgia, were really good to assist me.

The luxurious amenities provided in the room were exceptional. the carefully crafted design of the suite made the most of every space, particularly the full kitchenette with premium appliances, a spacious king-size bed in a generously sized bedroom, and a charming balcony that provided a breathtaking view. the friendly staff ensured that every need was met with perfection. It was the ideal venue for a comfortable and highly enjoyable stay.

Although this hotel provided an exceptional experience, the reception desk service was a bit slow due to being busy upon arrival. Nonetheless, the staff's excellent communication made up for this minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is ideal for business travelers, as it is situated in the centre of Parramatta, close to Westfield and a wide range of restaurants in Church street. it is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring a satisfying experience.

One downside of the hotel is the limited parking availability, which can be inconvenient for guests, especially those with a lot of luggage or traveling with children.

The rooftop bar at Skye Hotel Suites Parramatta was a huge disappointment. This lack of coordination and communication was very frustrating and resulted in us giving up and going elsewhere. It was a letdown to have such a promising amenity fall short of expectations.

On the other hand, the Spa and Pool at the hotel were amazing. They provided a sensational experience that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
